GLENN IS 25!!

TODAY IS GLENNS 25TH BIRTHDAY!
GLENN WITH HIS PRESENT! HE IS SOOOO SPOILED! HE ALREADY WAXED IT AND PUT HIS NEW LEASH ON IT SO HE CAN WAKE UP BRIGHT AND EARLY TOMORROW AND SURF! LOVE YOU BABE!!

GLENNS 25TH BIRTHDAY BONFIRE!

FOR GLENNS BIRTHDAY WE HAD A BONFIRE AT THE BEACH... IT STARTED OUT AS A "SURPRISE" PARTY AND I HAD REALLY CUTE INVITATION MADE AND A COUPLE WEEKS BEFORE HIS PARTY WE WERE DRIVING DOWN TO THE BEACH AT LIKE 9AM AND I REALIZED THAT ALL THE FIREPITS WERE FILLED UP ALREADY... SO I DECIDED THAT GLENN WAS GOING TO HAVE TO FIND OUT ABOUT IT SO THAT HE COULD GET UP EARLY AND SURF AND STAY AT THE BEACH ALL DAY TO RESERVE A FIRE PIT... THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GOING TO BE ABLE TO SIT THERE ALL DAY WITH 2 KIDS AND HIM NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING... HE LOVED BEING THERE ALL DAY AND HAD SO MUCH FUN SURFING WITH ALL HIS FRIENDS. THE BONFIRE WAS SO MUCH FUN AND WE ARE SO GLAD ALL OF OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS COULD MAKE IT! THE ONLY THING THAT WAS CRAZY WAS THE WIND... IT WAS SUPER WINDY (CHECK OUT MY HAIR... AND I LOOK SUPER WHITE COMPARED TO MY TAN HUSBAND... KOA STAYED HOME WITH PAPA CAUSE IT WAS COLD... THE BIRTHDAY BOY!

THE FIRE... IT GOT PRETTY CRAZY AT THE END OF THE NIGHT WHEN ALL OF THE EXTRA WOOD WAS PUT IN!

THEY ARE GETTING HUGE!

I can't believe how fast they are growing and how quick time is going by! It seriously seems like just yesterday I was still pregnant with Koa and now he's 7 weeks old! Kaile is getting HUGE too! She is the same size as her 2 cousins who are 9 months older than her! A quick little story about Kaile... she is starting to get potty trained and the other day she told Glenn that she needed to "poo poo on potty" so Glenn put her on the potty and she kept saying "POOP, Are you?" She is so funny and I can't believe that she already is getting potty trained! She's such a GREAT baby!

Koa's Blessing!

Yesterday, on Fathers day, we blessed Koa and it was so great! Glenn gave him such an amazing blessing and it was just such a great Fathers day! After church we had lunch at my moms house and it was so nice to have all of our family together! Thanks to everyone who was a part of Koa's special day!

HAPPY FATHERS DAY BABE!

WHEN GLENN AND I GOT MARRIED IN SEPTEMBER 2005 WE DECIDED TO START A FAMILY RIGHT AWAY! WE ENJOYED 1 YEAR AND 2 MONTHS AS A CHILDLESS MARRIED COUPLE (WELL I WAS PREGANT) BEFORE BEING BLESSED WITH OUR BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER KAILE! GLENN HAS ALWAYS BEEN AN AMAZING HUSBAND AND DURING OUR FIRST YEAR OR MARRIAGE WE HAD SO MUCH FUN. IT WAS SO NICE TO JUST DROP WHAT WE WERE DOING AND GO SEE A MOVIE OR GO TO THE BEACH. NOW ALMOST 3 YEARS LATER WE HAVE 2 KIDS AND ARE SO HAPPY! I AM SO LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A HANDSOME AND LOVING HUSBAND AND FATHER FOR MY BABIES!

THE BEST TIME OF THE DAY FOR ME IS WHEN IT'S NAP TIME FOR THE KIDS! KAILE USUALLY GOES DOWN AT 1PM AND LATELY I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO WORK KOA'S SCHEDULE SO HE SLEEPS AT THE SAME TIME! IT IS FABULOUS AND GIVES ME A CHANCE TO EITHER REST OR DO THINGS AROUND THE HOUSE... TODAY WHILE THE KIDS WERE SLEEPING GLENN DECIDED TO SLEEP TOO... ON THE FLOOR WITH KAILES BIG STUFFED DOG AS HIS BLANKET! IT'S SO NICE TO HAVE A COUPLE HOURS A DAY TO MYSELF!

Crazy Sunday!

Today was definately one of the days where I feel like I have LOST MY MIND! 2 kids is A LOT of work... especially a newborn and a 1 1/2 year old! I couldn't find a bow to go with the dress kaile had on first this morning for church so then I put on another dress and realized that she didn't have any shoes that go with so I had to change her again because I am a FREAK and want her to have cute shoes and a bow that match her dress! Then at church Koa threw up on me 3 times and I am not talking like a little bit of spit up... I am talking chunks all down my shirt! It was gross and I started to smell really bad so I made glenn take us all home early. Luckily Kaile was out when we got home and Koa took a nap too for a little while so that was nice! Then we went over to my parents to have dinner and then headed to my little sisters seminary graduation which was CRAZY because Koa wanted to be bounced the whole time which KILLED my arm but I guess it's a good work out and Kaile kept wanting to go "outside" (lucky for me Aunt "beca" handled Kaile since Glenn had to be at work). Sometime life is so hectic but I think all the craziness makes it interesting and fun! Sometimes I think wow I am 21 and I have been married for almost 3 years and have 2 kids... I wouldn't change a thing!

HEATHER AND KAILE AT DINNER!

WEDNESDAY MY COUSIN/BESTFRIEND/PHOTOGRAPHER HEATHER (KAILE CALLS HER HOHO) TURNED 21! TO CELEBRATE WE WENT OUT TO CPK FOR DINNER LAST NIGHT. UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME I JUST STARTED A STRICK DIET WHICH MEANS NO BREAD OR PASTA AND DEFINATELY NO PIZZA! SO I SAT AND DRANK MY WATER WHILE EVERYONE ATE THEIR YUMMY PIZZAS... THE WORST PART WAS FEEDING KAILE HER PASTA AND NOT BEING ABLE TO EAT ANY OR IT! HAHA IT WILL ALL BE WORTH IT WHEN THE BABY WEIGHT IS GONE! WE HAD SO MUCH FUN! HAPPY 21ST HEATHER! LOVE YOU!

They grow so fast!

Koa will be 5 weeks old tomorrow and I can't believe it! The time is totally FLYING by! He finally will sit in his "bouncy" chair and go in his swing and it is so nice because it gives me a chance to get things done around the house! He is such a happy baby!

Big Sister Kaile!

When I was pregnant with Koa I was pretty nervous about how Kaile was going to react when I had a new baby! Kaile was so used to having my full attention 24/7 so I was anxious to see how she would do with a new little one who would need A lot of attention! The first couple of days were a little crazy... Kaile would run into the corner and cry when Koa would cry but after the first week she turned into the best big sister EVER! She just adores "her baby." She loves to hold his bottle for him and she even pats his back to burp him. She is super soft with him and kisses him a million times a day! I am SO relieved that she isn't jealous and now when he cries she goes over to him and says "it's okay baby koa" or "what happened mom." The other day Glenn was holding Koa and he started to cry and all of the sudden Kaile went running into our room and came out with his bottle and handed it to Glenn. She knows when he cries he is usually hungry! I am SO blessed with great kids! (oh and Koa has been sleeping 7-8 hours straight at night, then wakes up to eat and get a change and then sleeps a couple more hours... It's so nice to be getting a whole night of sleep again!)
